After last weekend — Feria, Cirque du Soleil and Miguel Poveda in three days — this one feels almost relaxed by comparison. Almost.

Friday night is the hardest choice of the weekend. Ozuna at Starlite Marbella at 22:00 if you want something big and loud and open-air. Or Chambao's 25th anniversary at El Playazo in Nerja at 21:00 if you want something that actually means something. Flamenco-chill on the beach from a band that's been part of this coast for 25 years. I know which one I'd find harder to skip.

Saturday: Kaiser Chiefs at Marbella Arena. If you grew up with I Predict a Riot, you already know. If you have kids and want something completely free, Torremolinos has a pool party with inflatables and water slides — Fiesta de los Juegos en Piscina. No tickets, just show up.

Sunday is the slow one. Craft market at Mercado Artesanal de La Merced from 11:00, then Santiago Auserón at Teatro Cervantes at 20:00 as part of Festival Terral if you want to end the weekend properly.

And one thing to put in the diary now: Noche de San Juan is next Friday 27 June. Bonfires on every beach at sunset, free, and one of those nights that reminds you why you live here.
